Returns

Zinter Brown Taste Treats will replace any damaged product within ten days of the customer receiving the order. Prompt notification of the damaged product is requested.

Shipping

Purchases made through the Zinter Brown website can only be shipped to Canada/United States. If you are interested in ordering our products in other regions, please contact us directly. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing in addition to the estimated shipping dates provided during the ordering process.

Payments/Currency

All pricing on the website is in Canadian Dollars.

Taxes

Taxes are based on the shipping address and are subject to all appropriate provincial GST/PST/HST within Canada. Orders shipped to the U.S. are not subject to taxation.
