Italian Bruschetta Appetizer Recipe - It Just Doesn't Get Easier Than This...

You simply can't beat the taste of Italian Bruschetta, or how quick this recipe is to whip up for unexpected guests.

Croustades - Topped With Bruschetta

2-3 fresh ripe tomatoes

 2-minced garlic cloves

 1/4 cup olive oil 

1-TBSP. Mediteranno Gourmet SeaSalt and Peppercorns

 Mix above ingredients, add fresh basil or 2-tsp dried basil and top with  fresh parsley and fresh basil.

Serve on Croustades or Cheese Thimbles topped with fresh parmesan  cheese.
