Garlic & Rosemary Lamb Recipe Glazed With Roasted Garlic & Onion Jamboree

3 lbs (1 1.5kg) leg of lamb

5-6 cloves of garlic, peeled and quartered

12 springs of rosemary

1/2 cup Zinter Brown Roasted Garlic & Onion Jam

1/2 cup dry white wine

2 tbsp Zinter Brown Cool Mint Sauce

Cut slits in lamb. Press garlic and small sprigs of rosemary into slits. Place lamb on a rack in a baking tray and add 1 cup of water to the tray. Glaze lamb with Zinter Brown Roasted Garlic & Onion Jamboree.

Bake lamb at 400F for 40-50 minutes until cooked to your satisfaction. Remove lamb, cover and set aside.

Place baking dish over medium heat, add wine and 2 tbsp Zinter Brown Cool Mint Sauce.

Stir until sauce boils.

Slice lamb and serve with mint sauce and roasted vegetables. Garnish with parsley.
